I feel guilty that I’ve been away from the blog awhile. I can’t begin to tell you all the Our Produce developments that have been going on, but I will just mention Hot X buns and home made chocolates. The hot x buns from Hindley’s the bakers in Lichfield were simply magnificent and they only did them for two weeks, which is as it should be. Such a treat is to be awaited and savoured for the 50 weeks leading up to the few days we can indulge ourselves in these spiced, fruited buns with crosses on top! If we can have them for months at a time surely the anticipation and specialness disappears..

As for the home-made truffles and chocolates…give me a taste of paradise any day over a fancily boxed Dairy Milk egg! MMmmmm…..
