Our wood pigeon breasts made a wonderful Christmas dinner for us two – absolutely delicious! We were really impressed by the lovely man at the shop (sorry, don’t know his name – he’s the tall one in the group photo!) who was so helpful with recipe and cooking suggestions, and he made us feel confident about cooking them as we have never had pigeon before. Just wanted to drop you a quick email to say how fantastic the Christmas Hamper for 6 was this Christmas day and Boxing day! Our parents joined us for Christmas and we had everything we required, our turkey was the best ever and we will certainly be coming back to you next Christmas for more of the same as it was just perfect.

Happy New Year to you. I hope you’ve had a lovely break. I just wanted to say a huge thank you… I cant believe how easy Christmas was this year – while reading lots of facebook comments about midnight / 2am trips to the supermarket I sat happily at home and then collected all of my food from the pub (really not an unpleasant task at all!).
