As scarce as fishmongers have become on our high streets it has proved extremely difficult to get good fresh to offer on the On-line parade of shops.
However we have done it successfully and are very pleased indeed to be working with Gordon, the fishmonger on Burton indoor Market. Gordon is helping us source fantastic fresh fish and sea-food from trusted coastal suppliers, wherever possible we are sourcing from boats that practice sustainable fishing methods.
